ARBOR MORTGAGES
Mortgage Payment Options
You may choose to repay both the capital and interest components
of your mortgage each month, in which case your outstanding
capital will reduce until it is fully paid off at the end of
your chosen term, or you may select to pay only the interest
component. In this case, you should arrange a vehicle,
such as an endowment plan, an ISA, a pension iSA or make lump
sum payments so that the capital is ultimately paid off.
If you would like assistance in finding a suitable mortgage
you may wish to have a qualified mortgage adviser contact you.
THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SECURING OTHER DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME.
YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS
ON YOUR MORTGAGE. CHANGES IN THE EXCHANGE RATE MAY INCREASE
THE STERLING EQUIVALENT OF YOUR DEBT.
Please note that Arbor Mortgages is neither a lender nor a
mortgage broker. This is an information only website. We provide
generic information to help you gain a better general
understanding of mortgages. If you would like advice related
to your particular circumstances, would like a quotation, or
would like to arrange a mortgage, then you can get an
authorised mortgage adviser from Trustguard to contact you by
completing & submitting
this form.
We introduce to Trustguard, who are regulated & authorised
by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
